Next, take the whitening treatment home and begin the first application. At this time, you will fill the tray with the recommended amount of whitening solution. Then you will place the tray in your mouth over your teeth and wait for the prescribed of time in the instructions. You will remove the tray and rinse your mouth. If you repeat these steps each day, you should have the smile you want within a month.
